Hell o, I was wondering about putting new springs in my cj. i bought a brand new set of superlift springs from a friend. i think they are 2 or 3 inch lift. questions are anybody know where i can find out about these springs?
sticker on spring says -01-503F-6 also is this going to make it ride like a lumber wagon? they are very heavy duty looking springs. thanks

Not sure what your wanting to know but the fokes at superlift are friendly and willing to help.
I have their 4" lift on my CJ7 , it doesn't ride to bad and flexes pretty good for cheap springs. They are 8 years old now.

ok i found out these are 4 ? lift springs. now i am searching for new shackles. anybody have suggestions. im not looking to climb walls but
need to change out sagging stock springs.

I used the aftermarket shakles from Orielly. I mounted them on the closest bolts holes I could and cut the excess off.

KillYourself, my '80 CJ7 has a set of ProComp lift springs. Driving it brings me back to my childhood - riding in a cotton trailer with NO SPRINGS down a rutted gravel road.

I just took out one leaf of the five, the next-to-last in the stack that one of the commentors called the overload spring. Now I have three long leaves and the one short, maybe 16 inches, bottom leaf.

Completely satisfied that I did the right thing, and with the ride now. Also, the back end was a bit elevated before I removed the leaf. Now the Jeep body line is dead level. If you get the lift springs and don't like the ride, do it.
