Anyone have a diagram of the engine and Transmission mounts?
Found this engine mount (OMIX P/N 17473.42), just don't know if I need two of these Left or Right. Any help is appreciated, also I am new to this jeep and on-hands stuff.

Yes you'll need two of them, one for each side. You should be able to see your existing mounts and compare them to the picture of the new ones. Basically they bolt to the engine on both sides then bolt to a frame mount on both sides. Rubber mounts wear faster, but reduce more vibration. Polyurethane mounts are harder so they wear longer but transfer more vibration to the frame. I would say the rubber mounts would be fine for your application. If your going for a total stock Jeep that's what came on it from the factory.

for the engine mounts I will be purchasing the OMIX P/N 17473.42, still debating on the Transmission mounts. for now I will be going stock on my CJ.

I ordered a set from NAPA a couple of years ago

Did they work out okay?
