1984 CJ7 front spring plates

I have an 1984 Jeep CJ7 where the PO changed the front leaf springs so that they are 2.5" wide. Trying to mount the sway bar with quick disconnects but there are no sway bar end links on the existing spring plates. Any idea if there are spring plates that will fit the 2.5" leaf springs and already have the end links or do I just need to have end links welded on?

Cheap and easy
Weld a bolt on

Easy and short money,
Use stock plates, a CJ passenger side rear, and a yj driver front.

For those who rather spend more,
Anyone that sells a yj spring conversion for a CJ should have them as well (RE).

Thanks Posi. Will the CJ rear passenger plate holes accommodate one wider u bolt that goes over the pumpkin?
