Got the seats done, Pics look a litttle wierd, but the they turned out great. Might have to adjust the covers a slight bit to fine tune them, but they fit so dam tight, it was almost impossible to remove and installe them lol! Anyway, it's supposed to be 50+ degrees here this weekend. If that happens shes getting her break in run. The wife's excited to go for a spin! Just under a year to et to this point, feel's a bit surreal. We'll see how she goes and what bug's I gotta work out!

Quick little video of warming it up while the wife was getting bundled up for a ride. Only 45 degrees today but couldn't wait to take it for a spin. Camera amplified the fan sound for some reason, but it's not that loud in person. Trip went well, now for some fine tuning!

Curious if you're able to fit a center console with those seats being so wide.

Thats being worked on now. I was originally going to use the IntraPod, but the seats ate too much room for that, so I have that for sale on Marketplace right now. I picked up a sheet of thick aluminum that I'm going to make a center box to hold the subwoofer, and then some type of narrow armrest/small item box on top of that through the middle of the seats. I'm only left with about 5 inches so it won't be extravengant, but at least I can lock up wallets, phone or other small items. All I have left for this project to be done is the console, Bikini Top, and a couple trim rings on the shfter and Transfer Case boots.

Good plan! I'll def be waiting for that update. I put suspension seats in my CJ7 also and had to move the roll cage back a couple of inches because the outside bolster was hitting the cage preventing me to slide the seat all the way back. I'm 6'2" so I needed to move the cage to make the suspension seats to work. Now I'm trying to figure out a center console. I loved the Tuffy but it won't work anymore since it was 8" wide.

Yeah, I like the wider seats too much to get rid of those. The console might look a bit goofy when done, but it should be functional. LOL

I put together a full pics roll from beginning to end of this whole project for those who like that sort of stuff. I know it's not for everyone, but if you're like me, its good entertainment. I have all original music I made for it, so if you dont like it, just mute the video as there is no dialouge in this one. Projects almost over, just a few things left, so my posts are almost complete. Thanks to all who post good info for the community so we can all preserve some history together. Take care all!
