I bought brand new super swamper sxll 37x14.5x15 and put them on brand new 15x10 wheels. Went off road trip this past weekend and within 20 minutes on the trail one popped a bead. Long story short 3 out of the 4 came off the bead. The 4th would have but i was in a good spot on the trail to change it out so i did. While i was waiting on spares to show up I found a stamp on the tire that said rim measurement 15x11.5. I can’t even find rims that size? Trying to make sense of all of this. I was running 20-22lbs pressure in all 4 and the terrain wasn’t anything crazy some mud holes and a little off camber stuff. I literally probably had 25 minutes total off road time and 3 out of the 4 went. Suggestions please

We're they seated properly to begin with? I run a 33x12.5r15 on a 15x8 wheel with no problems at all even airing down to 9psi

I took them to a tire shop to have them put on. Took them home and put them on my jeep. Under weight one tire was hissing around the bead. Took it back and they tried 4 or 5 times to get it to seat. Finally told me that tire was junk. So Interco made me take video evidence of me destroying that tire by cutting out the DOT number before they would send me a new tire. Took the new one to the same tire shop and they put it on said it was good no problems. I drove it around the block a few times and it sat a couple days before my trail ride. Take it off road and they all popped off the bead. I’ve been wheeling for 25+ years airing way down too and never had a problem. I can’t believe the 15x10 isn’t wide enough for that tire?

Id say there just junk tires
