Not sure if this should go in the Drivetrain or Chassis forum, but here goes. When I first got Bertha, the 4WD indicator light didn't work at all. So I changed the bulb and traced the wire to find it disconnected at the Transfer Case . Now that I've hooked it up, the indicator lamp only works in 4L. There is very little shift difference from 2H to 4H so I'm wondering if it's not fully engaged when I shift to 4H. Any suggestions? Transfer Case is a Dana 300 . Thanks!

You could be right in your assumption, possibly a loose or worn out shift linkage. A lot of guys go with the twin sticks anyway, JB seems to make the best. Put it into 4h with the rear driveshaft out for a test.
