Helped my buddy on a 71 do a frame off.
Biggest difference is the front fenders and hood. They are shorter. Use your 74s.
The body mounts are different, but should be able to make the mounts work. The 70 had a different brake setup where the master cylinder mounts to the frame under the floor. You can use your old hanging pedal bracket and master cylinder.
Windshield frame should work too.
Heater box is different. Use your 74s.

alright thanks i was planning on using the 74 fenders and hood but didnt know about the other things

I don't know if the mounts are in the same locations. There were some differences in the frame from 70-74. That I do know. Good luck to you.
