Here's another idea for mounting your seats in a 72-75 CJ5 . Should work in others but may not be quite the same.
I used 1-1/4" x 1/8" wall tubing. The flats were 1-1/4" x 1/8". One piece tubing goes all the way across with a support in the center. I used the passenger side seat mount and used clevis pins to make it totally removable.
Full access to the compartment.
I've got slides on there from a 76 CJ5 . Not much adjustment, but better than none.
Seats are Mastercraft flat mounting.
