72 CJ5 Fuel Filler hose/housing replacement

Ok so I have been gone for a long time getting the Jeep, I mean money pit in shape. I find myself now needing to replace the filler and vent hose and am asking if its best to upgrade to the later fuller with a decent cap as the 1/4 turn cheapo caps for the old housing constantly leak water and rust.

Looking at the 76+ filler housing with the twin outlet, filler and vent. Is this a standard swap? How hard is it to source a working hose?
