If you already have the AMC 304 in your existing 73 frame you are good to go and have all the frame to motor mounts, etc. you need.
Inspect the
out of the new frame and negotiate accordingly though. At this point I don't think you'll find a perfect one and I've seen too many "repaired" ones that are really just new problems waiting to happen.
Got any photos of your old frame? It might not be that bad in the right hands.
