Build Thread 74 cj6a buggy build

So I`ve had this 74 cj6a for afew years done nothing to it. My 94 cherokee buggy is good but need a bigger buggy to go more places. The plan ford 300 6cly EFI auto tranny ford 3/4 ton running gear. This will be full on buggy no street use.

test fit fenders, check radiator clearance [gonna be tight]
well all for now i work on the north slope 28 days at a time and have to borrow shop time my buddy`s auto boddy shop so it`ll be slow build.

Wow that's going to be a cool CJ6 buggy. You'll have to post pictures or maybe even do a build thread.

SO whats the plans?
Boxing the frame?
What axles are you going to run?
Trany?
Are you leaving the body in stock form?

frame needs boxing or bracing. 3/4 ton ford axle out of a 74 highboy. those are till 1 tons. 40 or bigger tires boggers or if can swing it[$] 46" titan aggs. fenders and get trimmed.
