Hello Guest, we are proud to now have our Wiki online that is completely compiled and written by our members. Feel free to browse our Jeep-CJ Wiki or click on any orange keyword when looking at posts in the forum.
His post had it's last response over a year ago (notice it's April 2012, not 2013), and it seems that our problems are quite identical. Everything looks good, but the engine running is a no go.
Nightpath, I also think you should have started your own post, since the o.p. has a different ignition than yours. It will take some research the figure your issue out since you have spark and fuel. There is a known problem with those clip on coil connectors, which can either be replaced or a new coil installed with screw down connections. It could even be a hidden frayed wire somewhere. Sometimes jiggling wires around while it is idling can detect a bad wire.
Thanks to all of you for this info .. My son and I have been having this prob also, I will be calling him with this info .. our main prob is he lives 4 hours from where the jeep is, so this is going to be a long process in getting it up and running.
