Hi all, first post here. My directional lever seems to have broken or fallen off in my column. The horn is going off as the lever flops around in there and the directionals dont work. My question is, how does the column come apart ? I have never taken a steering column apart before, but I need my Jeep ! Any help would be fantastic.... Mike

you need one of each of these, most parts houses will rent of lend them.
If you have a service manual it does a lot better job of describing this than I can and if you don't you need one anyway.

It is not that hard and the parts house should even have the switch in stock as it is a GM column.

the only tricky part is threading the wire down inside of the column and plugging it in to the harness.
