Okay, I have done a lot of work lately and so i decided i should put up some pictures. So far I have Genright boulder series tube fenders, modified treks rocker guards with tube, poison spyder rear corner guards with wheel wells that have been cut out (plasma cutter, grinder and 4 hours of labor), and a piece that I fabbed for underneath the tailgate. Everything has been coated with a bed liner ina can, it looks mostly like a wrinkle finish not a rhino line style. Its just about ready to get painted now due to the fact that I hate the difference in the colours that i currently have. I just mounted up my spare tire again and I have s license plate mount on the way that mounts it in the center of the spare tire. Please comment or question my work as you might see something that I dont and criticism is always helpful.

I have two questions, mainly because I don't know the laws in Colorado. Are there fender laws in CO? By that I mean are you going to have to put some kind of fender on there? Staying with laws, back-up lights? Other than those two, dude, that thing is looking sweeet.

Looks great. I like bumpers, fenders, rocker guards. What color are you thinking of painting it? Mine is going back to the paint booth this winter, was supposed to be '74 Renegade Plum. I don't like it. Be sure to post pics after paint.

Umm, I am not sure about those two... I have seen people running comp cuts around town, so I am under the impression that there is no law against it. Also, I see jeeps with no backup lights everywhere, and thus I dont run them either, I have some super bright backup lights for offroad use on the bumper. I also believe I am exempt from many laws due to the age of my rig. Thanks!

I have a feeling it is either going to be a two tone, with the brown and blue parts being a burnt orange, or solid black. I'm thinking I will go the easy way and go solid black. I hope to have mine painted the same time yours is, so I hope to see your job as well.

It's legal like that in Texas.

I think it looks horible .....You should put it on a truck and send it to me in CT, and I will deal with the suffering!

Excellent Work! Looks GREAT! :chug:
Are you going to put on a rear flair on it? That would be about the only thing that I might add.

The corner guards are really nice if you have some unsightly body damage. Haha, ill get right on it with the shipping it to you. My plans were to possibly weld on a tube to fit around the back to give it a uniform look, just put it real close to the body.

Looks like your a cage away from being able to do some barrel rolls and drive home. :D Looks good , dont kick it when your mad , you'll break your foot. :D

The burnt orange is hard to find at a good price, at least around here. All paint shops in this area said that color is very expensive, which doubled the cost of an otherwise cheap paint job. So, instead of burnt orange, the roommate went with another shade of orange.

Either color would look sweet on your 7, but black would definitely be cheaper and easier! Good luck with your decision. I honestly don't think you could choose a bad color for that beast! :notworthy:

Looking Good!!! I think Black will fit it nicely :chug:

Okay, so I am about to take another detour on my route. I found a roll cage for pretty cheap and feel that I need it, so I guess paint will have to wait a little bit.
