Body 95 YJ doors on 79 CJ HELP!

Sorry if this has been covered and I just missed it, still new to the page. I have a set of 95 YJ half doors I’m trying to fit into my 79 CJ7 . For the life of me I don’t see how they’ll ever fit.. I’ll attach photos, but my biggest issue is that they hit the seats before even fully closing and where the latch should mount there is no room there, it’s way too tight. The body gap at the front is already super tight and rubs slightly so I don’t see how I’ll get adjustment there either..don’t see how I’d make it work. Is there something obvious I’m missing or should I just scrap the idea all together? Got them for fairly cheap so I know I’ll make my money back. Any other half door recommendations?? Don’t want soft doors however.

For mine to fit I had to adjust hinges on Jeep body a little bit. Not much. For my top ( soft ) I had to adjust hinges on the windshield ever so slightly putting top on and off about 4 - 5 times to get it pretty good.

I did leave the door pulls off because they were pushing into my thigh.
