Ask around and go to car shows. A guy I work with just had his TJ done for 1700 bucks complete. He found a guy that works at an auto body shop but does work on the side. Took the guy 2 weeks and he did a great job on it. That included a bit of body work too. Anything under 2k for a complete paint job on a Jeep is pretty good imo. There is a lot of prep and stuff involved, as I am sure you know. Good luck with it!
