A little bored today

Wasn't doing much this morning while I was waiting for my re-ring kit to come in, so I decided to round up some scraps around the house and built a couple work benches.

For this work bench I had some 4x4 posts and a few 2x4's laying around. Went to Lowes and bought a solid exterior wood door that is 36x80. Dang solid bench to work off of!

Had a couple pieces of 2 inch angle and some 3/16" plate too and built a nice tranny bench/welding table too. It's about 24x30 inches. Not too bad for a mornings worth of work.

Once again, got a little bored after I woke up today and decided to build myself a rifle bench rest for my new rifle I picked up last week.

The bench rest is made out of 1.5" square tube and 5/8" threaded rod. And my new rifle is a Weatherby Vangaurd 2 in .308 Win. Just got the scope today, I'll mount that at the range tomorrow.
