Another turn signal problem

All four of my turn signals work fine until I turn on the headlights. The rear both are bright but the front blinkers are hardly noticable when the headlights and parking lights are on. The parking lights are so bright that you have to get right up on them to see that the turn signals are blinking. Could the be wired in reverse or maybe the wrong bulb is being used?

Checking the bulbs would be the easiest thing to start with. then I would check voltage to ground on the two contacts in the fixture. I don't see anyway that the there would or could be a difference in voltage but if it is the right bulbs I guess I would go there next.

I reversed the wires and all is as it should be. Thanks

I think I would still check the numbers on the bulbs when I got a chance, unless you can see how the wires got crossed in the first place.
