Another windshield frame question

My windshield frame has some rust holes and a lot of holes from different things mounted to it. I have it stripped and sandblasted and now I'm welding the holes up. I'm thinking about replacing it with a new one. Will the 76-83 be the same dimensions? Mine is a 67 with wipers on top. I did search and I think it will work, but just want to make sure. Thank you. I enjoy reading the posts here.

Your windsheild is 4" wider than the 76-83.
