1976 CJ5 258. MC2150 carb, PSC steering, Team Rush upgrade, 1 piece rear axles, all electronics relayed. Coming soon: Herculined tub, camo paint- and a bunch of filthy, muddy kids!
Alright- finally got another cj. Had one back in '93, a CJ7 in mint condition- and like a dumb a** I sold it.

Now my sons and I have a '76 CJ5 , runs and has some goodies butt needs some TLC, and we're gonna have a blast.

Here's what she came with. Mind you- I've had plenty of projects but never a 4wd to work on.

This is what we have:

Rear axle AMC20 Superior 1 piece axle Timken

Front axle Stock Dana 30 , 3.54:1

Transfer Case Dana 20

Motorcraft 2150 (Stock for a Ford I6 300?)

T-150 Tranny

AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l i6

PSC Extreme duty off-road steering

Borgeson steering shaft

Rancho 5000 shocks

So, that's what we have. I've got three boys just itching to get muddy. When we got this jeep it had a rats nest for a wiring harness. Just the batt alone had about 8 wires coming off of it. Not even a fuse or connection block. I'm going to post pics soon, we've done a lot already.

Well, about the list above what do you guys think?
