I have a 78 CJ7 with edelbrock performer intake and carborator and hedman headers I am using. Single chamber flomaster mufflers should I run 2 1/2 or three inch back

The 2.5" will give more TQ the 3" more HP.
I prefer TQ in an offorad vehicle but it's your choice.

It is truly not necessary to pay the extra money for a 3" exhaust.

well i work at a parts store so it wont cost me any extra for three inch.

is the sound better with three inch?
