Same as me, one trip to the spring shop and about 1 hour in the waiting room... Our sprig shop mainly dealt in Semis but were happy to fix it.

Same as this shop, heavy trucks are their mainstay. I was quite surprised to find that they would build custom springs from scratch, and in rates to fit your weight needs and lift wishes. and if you brought the vehicle to them, they could pull and re-arch a sagging spring as well. Crazy stuff.

you can pount the fanning leaf back in shape with a small sledgehammer. the spring clips can be replaced fairly easily by a spring shop. Last time I lost one, I just removed it and tightened the u-bolts some more.
