Best Motor Mounts?

Best Motor Mounts?
Transmission . mount in and and a road test later..A tad more vibration only noticed letting the clutch out off the line, but now the motor is actually held in place. I knew my mounts looked kinda crappy but had no idea they were that bad, Well that's about it for the 5 for now and tomorow I wheel the 3b into the man cave for it's remake.

Glad you like them. Now the fun part - trying to break them!

if those where the factory rubber mounts they done a pretty good job for a long time so they can't be all that bad right? but anyhow poly is still better.

They were 32 years old and probably failed or began to fail years ago but sure they must have given good service for a number of years. Looked like oils and time got the better of mine.

same thing happened to mine i guess but you shouldn't have that problem with the poly mounts, new rubber mounts should last until i can get around to buying better ones. i'll replace mine eventually but right now there are more important stuff on mine. i gotta get the tranny rebuilt soon, and a heater core really soon. my main concern right now though is a hardtop and doors, thats the big one i'm workin on.
