This is an email I have sent to Quadratec today regarding a refund for a sway bar. I have sent this company three emails canceling my order as well as how to get a refund. I haven't heard anything from them. They were quick to tell me the status of my order, but when it comes to a refund they forget about you. I like others know on this site, so they don't go through this.

Hello, I am little disappointed that I have not received any replies to my last few emails to your customer service regarding a refund. I have ordered lot's of parts from your company and have been pleased with my purchases. I planned on ordering future purchases, but if this is how you treat your customers regarding refunds, I will not be order any further from your company and I will be letting other's know of your practices in the Jeep community. I would appreciate a reply email.

I had to go through a couple months of phone calls and e-mails to get my money returned from 4WD.:mad: So I know it sucks.
 
I wrote a “review “ on the Morris 4x4 site concerning the disappointing quality of the Kentrol glove box door I purchased. The interesting thing is that there is a place to write a review but I found no place to read one. What’s up with that?:wtf:
 
Thanks guys, I just don't like getting jerked around and I don't support any business that treats people like you don't matter, we have your money and goodbye. I don't know if it's the economy and money is very tight with companies right now or what, but they have lost a good customer. I will shop somewhere else.
 
Even after this email, have you gotten a response? I really hate when a business does something like this.
 
wow, I have dealt with Quadratech for years and always got great service from them, a bit pricey but never had an issue, sorry to hear you did.

I got a bit of a run around in the beginning but I believe things are straightened out now in regards to a refund for my part. One word of advice to others, contact Quadratec by phone not by email for customer service problems. I think I could have prevented a bit of this issue in the beginning by doing this, but I didn't want pay long distance bill from Canada. Usually I have good luck with email follow ups from companies.
 
That's why I buy most of my stuff from windrockoffroad if it's not on the site just ask, they always have what I need and always respond to emails.
