Blaster 3 with Stock Module?

Frequent reader, first time poster. I bought a 1979 CJ7 with the AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l I-6 in it, coupled to a 3 speed. Just rebuilt and put on a Motorcraft 2150 with 1.08 venturis and no. 46 jets. Getting ready to do a partial team rush with cap adapter, cap, wires, and plugs. I also have a blaster 3 at my disposal, but not the funds to get a module right now. Can I use the blaster 3 with the stock module or will it burn it out? I have searched quite a bit and could not find a definite answer. I have learned quite a bit in a short time reading this forum. Thank you all.
