Anybody know offhand if the provided spacers in your typical body lift kit are all the same height?

Im going to fab up my own using poly material and need to know if Im making different size pucks or not. This is for a CJ7 of course. :D

The kits that I have seen all have the same length, I fabbed mine also. I once tinkered with height differences to help correct the "Famous" CJ lean, but have since gone to all 1" and think that should be the max. Hopefully that poly you are going to use isn't too soft as to loosen the bolts when the body goes to twisting around on the frame. For me, the front mount by the radiator kept rusting, so I did go to stainless on that location.

Thanks for the info. The material Im using is slightly firmer than the poly bushing and body mount stuff sold in kits. We buy big blocks of the stuff at my work and use it in all sorts of applications. I thought I might lathe some down, cut to the lengths I need, and center drill them out. I figure I'll save myself a $100 bill.

im oppposed to body lifts generally, but Im clocking my Dana 300 and installing a flat skid....so I need room for the T-18 to move up without having it sit in the cab of the Jeep.

the T-18 alone could act as the heater :D

LOL I caught that, me personally I hate body lifts so bad I wont buy a jeep if it has one.
But I can see your need for it, in your plans.
