Body mount replacement CJ-7 '78

Beginner rebuilder here.
When replacing the body mounts do you need to replace the body mount sleeves or are replacement kits done without sleeves. My rear mounts were rotted and the sleeves are rusted away. Also do all mounts have sleeves in them.

Try to find a kit that has the washer/tubes, bolts, spacer-bushings, body washers all at once. It is hard to find just the washer/tubes, and not all kits have all the parts, some are just the spacers, some are spacers-washers-bolts.
It is best to replace all the parts so that way you will be good to go for another 20 years or so.
P.S. check your frame mounts for any rot also, especially the rear forward x-member, if your back x-member are rotted those will be also, since the rear tires kick up a lot off junk.

X2 I found my kit with real rubber bushings sleeves and all from Morris 4x4 Also start with plenty of penetrating oil on the bolts as they like to seize in the body and then snap the head off the bolt requiring more work
