There is one bushing between the grill and frame. There should also be another under the grill between the frame and bolt/washer itself. Are both there?

^^. What he said... If so were they the same size as original replaced ones? May just have to get new bolt... Just did this with mine replaced with all grade 8 all the way around the jeep, point is they are commonly replaced with different bolts...
