Mmm... TJs and YJs ARE Wranglers... but that's a nit picked. The Wrangler tubs are MOSTLY interchangeable with
CJ7 tubs, after some small modification. You'll be able to do it if you're ready to replace floor pans.
You're SURE that's all it needs? You're SURE no other significant rust is hiding in hat channels or wheelwells? If it really only ONLY needs floor pans, a hundred bucks is not much money to lay out for it. I gave three times that recently for a pretty good '73
CJ5 tub - it's bent a little, but nearly all the rust is under the toolbox.
A tub swap isn't a terribly difficult project; it takes two fairly strong fellas (or mechanical help) to lift the tubs after they're stripped, and only one to move one around the shop.
Do all the work on that new tub - EVERYTHING but final outside painting - while it's still off the frame. It's a ton easier to work with that way. If you have the patience for it, do the outside painting while it's loose, too... just gotta' wait till the paint's fully cured to handle it very roughly like'll happen when you put it on the frame & start relocating mounting holes.
EDIT: How much did that '7 set you back?
