Bolts for the spring hangers?

I could not find the answer when I searched so I will ask.

Does anyone know offhand what the bolt size is for the four outboard spring hangers? I am prepping a donor frame for my CJ8 and am getting the spring hangers in the mail today and would love to get them on this weekend

Duh! I thought you were asking for the main spring hangar bolt size. Those are of course 7/16-14.

I tried to differentiate by saying "outbound", but I could have said shackle hanger I guess. My fault.

In the past I have seen a number of those front spring shackle hangars break right where the rivet clearance hole is. More so when guys convert to high lift springs, especially on the trail. There are a number of aftermarket outfits that make a reinforced version of the hangar and you could install gussets on yours to correct any possible issue. FYI

By the way, thanks for the size. Spot on. Now I need to run to Tractor Supply Co to see if they have any in grade 8.
