brake question on a '70 CJ5

I'm new and hope this is the right place to post this question. Do they make a disc brake conversion(front and rear) for a '70 CJ5 ? The front axle may have been swapped for one off a Scout. It has IH locking hubs. The ends of the axle have a big ball and socket joint, doesn't look like anything I've seen before.
