I watched top gear with the floating toyota with an out board, i know a jeep on 44s will float, but do yall have suggestions on how to make my 95 wrangler soon to been on 33a to float? and not look like a total POS? if i can get this to work i will buy and out board and start fishing again, maby even join a tournament and go gator hunting (look up video top gear car boats really cool with a tyobota) if you think its doomed then one day ill buy a yota just to make a toybota, thanks and i am currently working on a full 4 wheel parking brake

i cant be the first guy on here to want a wrangler jon boat, i plan to take it out on lake okeechobee (fl), enter a fishing contest and whoop my neighbor and his smug attitude at bass fishing, i thing the top gear guys did it with great stuff but im not filling my engine bay like they did haha

1. A Wrangler on 44s will float... about as well as a Wrangler on 31s. Actually, the Jeep on 31s will be easier to recover because it'll likely be right-side-up.
2. I actually think you may be the "the first guy on here to want a wrangler jon boat". Just going on a limb on that one.

The only proven way to make a Jeep float (other than a ferry) is by swapping in some full-width axles, paddle tires (like for sand) and an 800+ hp motor. You may want to chum the waters ahead of time... the fish are going to need a bit of head start with that setup.

NOTE: Please, please have someone nearby with a good HD camera when you test this Wrangler boat

P.S. ill have a boat motor for a few reasons, #1 speed and and wont blow the motor if she does flip because it will be shut off
now i was looking at the cubans rafts and was thinking maby a 55 gallon drum strapped to each tire would be stabble and should float her pretty nicely, and it will be tested in a mud hole before i go bass fishing, looks dont matter functionality matters, i mean the CJs with back hoes and duallys looked silly but were awsome and id love one

PPS im getting a military duece and a half pintle hitch, 2 clevis hooks and a big hook for my winch, anyone want anything? itll cost you the part price and shipping from florida
