I always go here if I don't know where to start or if I don't know what something is. I'm a visual person, so shopping by diagram is favorable for me.
Word of advice though...I never buy from 4WD because their stuff is Crown/Omix junk. 90% of the time I have luck with cross-referencing a part number and giving NAPA a call. The other times I call one of the bigger Jeep yards.
Seeing as you're in the market for just a cam thrust plate, you'll probably be fine with the one from Omix, but if I can find one that isn't from them, I avoid at all costs.
