Can you tell me what my PO did to my fuel cell?

Looking for some info. Please check out my photos of my fuel cell. Am I in any danger of harming myself or the Jeep, if I continue running it without all the check valves attached. I have looked all over the forum and can't find any pictures or descriptions of anyone running there Jeeps this way. Do I need to hook them back up? Please let me know your thoughts. I am attaching one photo that shows how it should look I did find on the website. Thank You

No you are not in any danger make sure that it is vented to the charcoal canister and or carb i have had mine off for 7 years now

Oh and it wouldnt hurt to reattach them either

I think I would pull them clean them up and be sure they work before I reattached them but they are a pretty good idea. I would hate to be hanging from a seat belt wondering if I should have hooked them back up.

Thank You Guys-- It looks like my next step is to pull them and clean them up and check them out. I will be hooking them back up, I have been on my lid before (20 years ago) I wasn't sure what they really did, and I feel that they are pretty important. Thank You for your help!!!
