BTW - Since you have studs you probably do not need to replace them, they are high quality and the stretch is most likekely less than speced.

I have read in multiple places that it is best to replace the bolts if the engine has been rebuilt more than once. This is the 2nd time this engine has been rebuilt.
 
Bolts vs Studs... The head of the the bolt stretches, a stud does not have that problem as it used as an auxilery nut. You are stretching the stud though...
