Carb issues? Stalling out even after warm- *video*

Thanks for the video, it really helps. Usually when you have an engine stall, it is either electrical or a fuel related issue. I would first look at the fuel pressure, this can be done by disconnecting a fuel line after the fuel pump and cranking the starter over and fill a container of some sort with fuel or hook a fuel pressure gauge inline prior to the carb. Pull the coil wire to do this. You could even install a test port that can be capped off with a pressure gauge. I see you have what appears to be a Holley two barrel carb. These carbs do have a tendency for the fuel level in the float bowl to drop. The fuel level can be readjusted back to spec. :https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=adjusting+holley+float+level

First, you want to check is ign timing, so you need a timing light for that. When was the last time you installed new sparkplugs and wires, along with dizzy cap and rotor?
Next is the float level, and accelerator pump adjustment. Replace the fuel filter.
Lastly-it didn't sound like you had any rpm step-up, when you set the choke.
