Does anyone know the dipstick length and how high the markings are for a 999 auto for an 85 CJ7 .

This may not help, but if you empty the fluid, then put in the amount the manual says and check the level, that should be your full line..
 
Ya i thought about that but i was checkin to see anyone had the measurements. I went and splurged on a lokar. Thanks dave!
