I have a 59 CJ5 that is new to me. Anyway I have to build a new dash for it and I got all the gauge holes cut except for the speedometer/temp/fuel cluster gauge only because I’m not sure how big it needs to be where it will fit perfectly and what is the best way to cut it?

The speedo is 5 1/2". The others (oil, volt) are 2 1/16". For the speedo, you'll also need the studs at each corner on the back side of the dash panel for mounting. A laser cutter would be great if you have access to one. You might also check with a local sheet metal shop on paying a small fee to have it cut for you. If not, a circle cutter (hole saw) made for cutting metal using a drill will work, or a small metal cutting blade on a jig saw can be used if you can follow a curved line well enough. I also heard of one guy that used a router with a metal cutting bit and a wooden jig he made for the router to follow.
