cj7 fuel gauge sending access panel

Has anyone cut an access panel into the floor of their CJ7 to access the fuel sending unit and if so any pics or dimensions?
I have a converted yj tub and a 21 gallon poly tank.

I've done it. No pics but do some measuring and you should be able to get it right. I cut mine about 5 or 6 inches square.

Here is exactly what you need. I thought it a good idea so I saved the photos and the thread.

A little back ground: I replaced the sending unit /fuel pick up when the tank was replaced with a poly (plastic) fuel tank. Lesson learned, always check function of electrical parts before they are installed, this goes double if you are going to bury that part deep in the machine. Kind of like...

Thank you, I did see this post last night, which is what reminded me this was something I wanted to add. My 21 poly tank is mounted on the frame and the tub is on the other side of the garage, so it's tough to get an accurate measurement. But from a first rough measure the flat area in the bed doesn't correspond with the location of the sending unit.
