Clutch help, can't figure out what I need

Is there any possible way to figure out which size/type of clutch kit I need for my 78 CJ5 ? It's a AMC 304 w/ 3 speed. I know it'd be best to take the clutch out and measure it, but I've got one day to do this, and it's a friend's shop. Advance Auto had no clue, and I don't have the means to take it out myself. I do know it's a stock transmisson, nothing fancy.

need to know the tranny so you can get a spline count

This should be it. Transmission if stock is T-150
