Complete ECM and emissions relocation questions.
My nearly stock cj needs a serious simplification. I’m planning on losing the carter next week then adding HEI.
Neither job scare me, but I’d like to eliminate ALL of the then useless vacuum and computer lines. Can the computer and harness be removed discretely or do I need to go wire by wire? Same with the pulse air system and vacuum. Can I gut it and go simply or do I need to be careful?
I’ve seen lots of threads but haven’t found quite the answers I’m seeking. This is my first foray into “modern” emissions and would prefer to tune my A/f ratio and timing.
