Dana 44 swap into '85 CJ 7

I recently had the chance to purchase Dana 44 's front and rear for my jeep from a donor wagoneer. I was originally looking for a model 20 replacement rear end, but this deal was too hard to pass up. What am I getting into to make this conversion. Thanks for the help.
