Cleaning up my wiring while the body is out getting sandblasted I noticed my ignition box only has three wires coming out of it to one of the plugs. After reading online, it looks like I may have a partial nut of some type?

Can anyone tell by looking at the photo attached what I need to do to eliminate all this extra wiring?
