What year did Kaiser start putting dual reservior master cylinders on their Jeeps?

It was either 1966 or 1972. But no later than 72 for CJs

I can tell you what my CJ5 's have.
1967 v6 3speed factory equiped with single reservoir.
1969 v6 3speed factory equiped with dual reservoir.

I recently converted my '67 to a dual reservoir with a kit from HERM.
Not the same MC as stock '69 but works the same.
