Anyone every buy from this seller JEEP CJ WRANGLER "SYNCRO" E-CHOKE CARB WEBER CARBURETOR CONVERSION KIT 38 DGES | eBay
Or got a weber off ebay with luck?? have had running problem lately after in stalling motor....playing w/ the carb help so wanna just replace it....dont wanna end up w/ a china carb in a weber box
also what is the best weber to get...rebuilt AMC 258 i6 / 4.2l ...light cam.

just installed my 32/36 and its all good now...just havingan issue w/ the bellcrank/jamnut set up on the throttle linkage binding at times?? need to find a way to run the cable directly to the carb

Carbsunlimited sells actual redline webers for about the same price.

^ditto that. You have to be careful, there are some Weber knock-offs out there. I got my 32 elec. choke model thru carbs unlimited.

does any one know if someone offers a replacement filter for the webers. like a k&n style,washable...2 times off roading and my filter looks muddy.

hmmm, I was under the impression it was a K&N filter. It looks like one but I didn't look real close. I'll have to open the box tonight and take another look. Thanks for bringing that issue up.
Did you look on carbs unlimited site for one?

i only seem to find the standard white cotton filter it came with....but a washable would be nice

I just purchased one from Weber carbs direct. Did you install a fuel pressure regulator? I had to install one and ever since i did, The Jeep starts, idles and runs beautifuly. I got mine from weber carbs direct.

yup havent had promblems w/ carb since...same weber carb w/ holley regulator

still would like to find a washable/oilable filter for it!

I have a brand new 32/36 that I no longer need since my engine blew up 10 minutes after install. I'll make somebody a heckuva deal.
