Emergency flasher problems

Hope someone can help out. When I bought my jeep from PO the emergency flashers did not work. If you turn them on the right,left flashers stop working. I've replaced both flasher units and no change. All the bulbs are good. I have also switched to a different steering column(tilt) and no difference. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If your voltage is too low those flashers won't flash. You can check you voltages but if the only problem is the flashers I will bet the problem is a bad connection somewhere.
