Error Error posting

Any idea why when I try to post it’s giving me a message that I must select one tag? I chose one of the prefix topics and that’s when I get the error message.

Can you tell me which forum? Did try adding a tag? (prefixes are different)

It was in the body/chassis forum. Yeah, tried several of the prefixes. I’ll try again this morning and let you know.

I see, thanks. Did you try adding a tag?

OK, it asked for prefix and a tag. Once I added both it worked OK. I will need to modify tag permissions and requirements.

Until I finish testing you can add both and you can create your thread.

What are the tags? Different than a prefix?

Tags are key words to tag the post for search engines and or internal indexing and searching . It is suppose to be optional for tags and they get added automatically or manually. Haven't figured out why that forum requires them though.

Understood, still don't know why they are necessary in the forum you asked about. Working on it. Maybe a external code that is causing the issue.
