anyone running thrush glass packs on fenderwell headers? i have a AMC 304 in my 78 CJ7 with fenderwell headers and some really burnt out glass packs. picked up some thrush glass packs today gonna weld them on tommorow. just wondering if anyone has ran this setup.

got them on . sound good but are very loud. i like it

I had the same setup for a short time, it sounded good but loud! I took them off and got in frame headers and ran them to the back. Now I can hear myself think, much better.

i plan on running these till i get my rear frame repair done and all the other little things under the jeep that need attention. later on i want to run different headers and quieter exhaust exiting under the rear.
