f 134 rebuild, Crank shaft broke in two. hard time finding one

- 1962-CJ6 (4 cylinder) Tranny a T-90 with a splitter and T-case is a DANA 18.
F134 Hurricane rebuild. Crank shaft broken in two on the 4th piston. Not sure why?????? Any thoughts?? Having trouble locating crank shaft any suggestions.
