Don't shoot me. I had my f-head 134 rebuilt. I don't have a book to know how to time it. So I'm shooting in the dark. Do I need to time the oil pump and distributer, and if so how. I don't have a clue on any of it. This is my first jeep motor so any help would be appreciated.a

Thanks sasquach that's what I was looking for. I'm about ready to see this thing run. I found out today that my oil pump that Tue machine shop sent me is wrong, Tue gears on the oil pump are going the wrong direction. I was kinda ready to take er for a spin.

Dang! always something. Well anyway the 3bpage is the best source for F134 Hurricane engine info, ALL 3b's came with this engine and mine still does. ;) Have it that is.
